VizX New User requirements collection

VizX2 has been around for quite some years now. Since its introduction, the number of CSAM cases- and the sheer volume of material in those cases has risen tremendously. We feel now is the time to create a brand-new platform that is future proof. A platform with a completely new architecture that allows for scaling and sizing and that will use the latest technologies to provide a state-of-the art user experience.

We want to tailor the new VizX platform to the wants and needs of our customers and we’ve therefore started a user requirements collection process. We approached our customers and asked them if they would like to contribute to the new VizX platform. We were delighted to see that so many of our customers were willing to free up time in their busy schedules for the development of VizX New. We would very much like to thank all participants for this!

The next step was to send out a questionnaire to everyone who indicated that they wanted to participate. The goal of the questionnaire was to get an even better insight into the working processes of our customers, where VizX2 currently fits in and where VizX New could fit in in the future. The results of the questionnaire were used to draw up an initial plan of approach for the development process of VizX New.

To follow up on the questionnaires, we have made the month of June available for conducting interviews with a subset of the participants. By conducting face-to-face interviews, we can follow up on some of the answers they gave and discuss some components in more detail.

The next phase of the new product development process will consist of creating a first blueprint for the new VizX platform based on the input of our customers. As soon as the first blueprint is available, we will pass it by the participants again to make sure we’re on the right track.
